What is meant by an inactive SIM card?

In the context of Things Mobile SIM card deactivation, "inactive" refers to a SIM card that has not had any activity for more than 24r consecutive months. This means that if the SIM has not been used in any way, such as sending messages or using data, for a period of two years, Things Mobile has the right to deactivate it.

However, the customer is guaranteed the possibility to reactivate the service with the same number by following a simple procedure, with no additional charges, within 48 hours of the request, unless exceptional cases arise.
