Where can I find my SIM card number to receive SMS?

Things Mobile SIM card number starts with the prefix +88236 and is printed on the back of the SIM card. You can also view the number in the IoT portal, under the SIM CARD LIST section and within the SIM card details.

To send and receive SMS, make sure to follow these steps:

  • When sending an SMS from your local number to the Things Mobile SIM card, prepend the international prefix "00" or "+" before the number starting with 88236.
  • When sending an SMS from the Things Mobile SIM card to a local number, prepend the international prefix of the country (e.g., +39 for Italy) before the local number.
