Is it possible to change the account from personal to business?
If you wish to change your account from personal to business, please contact Customer Support by emailing support@thingsmobile.com with the following information:
Personal Account
- Username (email address used for registration)
- ID document of the account holder
Business Account
- Company name
- VAT number
- Address
- ZIP code
- City
- Province
- Country
- Email (this will be your new username)
- Name and surname of the legal representative
- ID document of the account holder and the legal representative of the Company
- Chamber of Commerce certificate (document certifying that the Company is registered in the tax system of its Country)
