Is it possible to change the account from personal to business?

If you wish to change your account from personal to business, please contact Customer Support by emailing support@thingsmobile.com with the following information:

Personal Account

  • Username (email address used for registration)
  • ID document of the account holder

Business Account

  • Company name
  • VAT number
  • Address
  • ZIP code
  • City
  • Province
  • Country
  • Email (this will be your new username)
  • Name and surname of the legal representative
  • ID document of the account holder and the legal representative of the Company
  • Chamber of Commerce certificate (document certifying that the Company is registered in the tax system of its Country)
