How to check if a SIM card is active?

To check if your SIM card is active, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the IoT Portal by clicking this link: https://www.thingsmobile.com/en/login and entering the username and password you received by email when your account was activated.

    If you can’t find your login credentials, you can recover them here: https://www.thingsmobile.com/en/login?step=forgot_pwd

  2. Once logged in, go to the “SIM card list” section.
  3. Here you can view the status of each SIM card, including whether it’s active.
