How to transfer a SIM card to another account?

To transfer a SIM card from one user to another, follow these steps:

1. Log in to the IoT Portal (click the following link: https://www.thingsmobile.com/en/login and log in with your username and password).
2. Select the desired SIM card in the "SIM Card List" by clicking the checkbox on the left.
3. Choose "Transfer SIM cards to another user" from the menu at the top.
4. Enter the username of the user to whom you wish to transfer the SIM card.
5. Click "PROCEED" to confirm.
6. The recipient will receive an email with a link to click in order to accept the transfer. (Please note that the new account should be registered before requesting the SIM card transfer. To register an account, please follow the steps here: https://www.thingsmobile.com/registration).
7. Once the transfer is confirmed, the SIM card will be moved from one account to another.

Please note that the credit, plan, and SIM card history are not transferred during this process.
