How can I request a custom data export from the IoT Portal?

Through the IoT Portal, you can download data usage records for a SIM card from the last 6 months. To do this, select the SIM card from the SIM card list and choose “Download CDR and General Information” from the dropdown menu. This export includes SIM card details and data/SMS usage during the selected time range.

You can also use the “Download SIM card info” option to get information such as total data usage in the selected period, SMS service status (enabled or disabled), any data usage limits (daily, monthly, or total, if configured), the assigned plan, and related automations.

If you need a report with information not available through “Download CDR and General Information” or “Download SIM card info”, you can send a request to support@thingsmobile.com.

Please include the details of the report you need and the SIM cards involved. Depending on the complexity of the request, processing may take up to 5 business days.
