How do I activate a SIM card with the status "Pending activation"?
If you purchased a SIM card from our online shop and it still appears as "Pending activation" in your IoT Portal, follow the steps below to activate it:
Log in to the IoT Portal
Go to https://www.thingsmobile.com/en/login.
Enter the username and password received via email when your account was activated.
If you can’t find your credentials, you can recover them using this link: Recover credentials.
Select the SIM card
In the portal, locate the SIM card to be activated.
Select the SIM by clicking the checkbox next to the MSISDN number (starting with +88).
Activate the SIM card
Click the “ACTIVATE” button (lightbulb icon), then click “PROCEED”.
Set the plan and options
Choose a pay-per-use plan from the available options.
Optionally, you can add a data package.
Configure automation
Assign an automation. We recommend using the default automation.
Customize details (optional)
You can assign a name and tag to the SIM card if you wish.
Then click “PROCEED”.
Download the Contract Summary
Download and review the contract summary provided during the activation process.
Confirm activation
On the “Activation summary” page, click “PROCEED” to confirm.
Wait for confirmation
Once the process is complete, you will receive a confirmation email.
