How do I disconnect a SIM card?

To disconnect a SIM card, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to the IoT Portal

    Go to https://www.thingsmobile.com/en/login and log in with your username and password.

  2. Select the SIM card

    In the “SIM cards list”, select the SIM card by clicking the checkbox on the left.

  3. Choose “Disconnect”

    From the top menu, click on “Disconnect”.

  4. Confirm the operation

    Click the “PROCEED” button to confirm.
