How can I download the CDRs?


To perform the "Download CDR and General Information" for a SIM card, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the IoT Portal (click the following link: https://www.thingsmobile.com/en/login and enter your username and password).
  2. Select the desired SIM card from "SIM Card List" by clicking the checkbox on the left.
  3. Choose "Download CDR and General Information" from the top menu.
  4. Enter the desired date range.
  5. Click "PROCEED" to confirm.
  6. The file will be available for download in "DOWNLOAD LIST."

Note: The request may take up to 24 hours to process the data. You will receive an email once the procedure is complete. After the export process is finished, the file will be available for download for one day.

The fields that can be requested in the download are as follows:

  • IMSI
  • MSISDN (SIM card number)
  • ICCID
  • NAME
  • TAG
  • START DATE
  • END DATE
  • COUNTRY
  • OPERATOR
  • TRAFFIC
  • COST
