Is it possible to remove MB from a SIM card?

Yes, it is possible to remove excess MB from your Things Mobile SIM card. Make sure the SIM card is ACTIVE, click on the "RECHARGE MB" button, and enter the amount of MB you want to remove, preceded by a minus sign (-).

The system will perform the negative recharge from the SIM card balance and adjust the credit according to the rate for the SIM card's usage zone. If the SIM card is associated with a data package, the removed MB will be added to the available data traffic of the data package.

If the operation to remove the available MB from the SIM card fails, you can contact Customer Support by emailing support@thingsmobile.com with the following information:

  • Username (email address used for registration)
  • SIM card number
  • Amount of MB you wish to remove
