How can I add a new SIM card to my existing ones in List of SIM cards?
To activate a SIM card that is not yet listed in your SIM card list, follow these steps:
Log in to the IoT Portal by clicking this link: https://www.thingsmobile.com/en/login and entering the credentials (username and password) you received by email when your account was activated.
If you cannot find your login credentials, you can recover them by clicking here: Recover credentials.
- Once logged in, click on "ADD SIM CARD" in the menu on the left.
- Enter the SIM card number (starting with +88) and the identification code (starting with 89). You can find both on the back of the SIM card.
- Click "PROCEED".
- Select a pay-as-you-go plan from the available options.
- If you wish, you can also add a data package (optional).
- Assign an automation (we recommend using the default automation).
- Assign a name and a tag (optional).
- Click "PROCEED".
- Download the Contract Summary.
- Confirm the activation on the "Activation Summary" page by clicking "PROCEED".
- Wait for the confirmation email once the activation is complete.
