Can I enable automatic recharge from my bank account?

At the moment, it is not possible to set up automatic recharge via direct debit from a bank account.

However, through the IoT Portal, in the CREDIT MANAGEMENT section, you can top up your shared account credit using two methods:

  • Credit card: The top-up is applied immediately once the payment is confirmed.
  • Bank transfer: The banking details for the transfer are provided. Please make sure to respect the top-up amounts available in the IoT Portal. The top-up will be applied once the payment has been recorded by the administration team.
