How can I update the email address associated with an existing user?
Error during account registration
If you encountered an error during account registration and the system shows the message "Your email is already registered," you can access your account by resetting your password:
- Go to this link: Password Recovery.
- Enter your username (your username is the email address you used to register).
- You will receive an email with a link to create a new password.
Request to update the email address
If you want to change the email address associated with your account, please contact our Customer Support by sending an email to support@thingsmobile.com and include the following information:
- Your current username (the email address you used to register);
- The new email address;
- A copy of the account holder’s ID document.
