How can I change the time zone?

The CDRs related to the traffic and SMS sessions registered for your Things Mobile SIM card are transmitted in BST (British Summer Time). It is not possible to change the time zone for the CDRs. If you need further assistance, you can contact the Support team by filling out the Support form available in the IoT portal (left menu) or by emailing support@thingsmobile.com.
