How to activate a SIM card purchased from the online shop?
To activate a SIM card purchased from the online shop and that is in "Pending Activation" status in your IoT portal, follow these steps:
- Log in to the IoT Portal by clicking the following link: https://www.thingsmobile.com/en/login and enter the credentials (username and password) you received via email when your account was activated. If you can't find your login credentials, you can recover them by clicking the following link: https://www.thingsmobile.com/en/login?step=forgot_pwd.
- Select the "SIM card" by clicking the checkbox on the left of the MSISDN number starting with +88 for the SIM card.
- Click the "ACTIVATE" button (shaped like a lightbulb).
- Click "PROCEED."
- Choose a pay-as-you-go plan from the available options.
- Optionally, select a data package.
- Assign automation (default automation is recommended).
- Assign a name and a tag (optional).
- Click "PROCEED."
- Download the CONTRACT SUMMARY.
- Confirm activation on the "Activation Summary" page by clicking "PROCEED."
- Wait for the confirmation email.
