I bought my SIM card on Amazon, but I didn’t receive any email with my username and password to activate it. What should I do?

You can activate the SIM card purchased on Amazon by following these steps:

  1. Log in to the IoT Portal using the username and password you received via email when your account was activated.

    If you can’t find the email, you can recover your credentials by clicking here: Recover password.

  2. Click on "ADD SIM card" in the left menu.
  3. Enter the SIM card number (starting with +88) and the identification code (starting with 89). Both are printed on the back of the SIM card.
  4. Click "PROCEED".
  5. Select a pay-as-you-go plan from the available options.
  6. If you wish, select a Data Package (optional).
  7. Set up automation (we recommend the default option).
  8. Assign a name and a tag (optional).
  9. Click "PROCEED".
  10. Download the contract summary.
  11. On the "Activation Summary" page, click "PROCEED" to confirm.

Finally, wait for the confirmation email regarding the activation.
