What does the "Rate Equalization" in the Credit Management mean?
The "Rate Equalization" occurs when your SIM card moves to a country that belongs to a different zone than the one of its last usage. The data traffic available for your SIM card is charged based on the zone where the SIM card is being used.
BUSINESS:
Example: If a SIM card has 15MB available and moves from Zone 1 (rate per MB €0.10) to Zone 2, where the rate per MB for business users is €0.20, the rate equalization will be the difference between the rate in Zone 1 for the 15MB available and the rate in Zone 2 for the 15MB available.
PRIVATE:
Example: If a SIM card has 15MB available and moves from Zone 1 (rate per MB €0.12) to Zone 2, where the rate per MB for private users is €0.24, the rate equalization will be the difference between the rate in Zone 1 for the 15MB available and the rate in Zone 2 for the 15MB available.
