How can I replace the source IP address?
To replace the source IP address, you need to contact our support by emailing support@thingsmobile.com. Once we receive your request, we will add the new IP address to the whitelist and confirm via email.
Please note that replacing a source IP address incurs a one-time fee of €5, the same fee applied for each additional source IP address.
