How can I request a public static IP address?

The SIM card is assigned a default private dynamic IP (IPv4).

To request the public static IP (IPv4) service, follow these steps:

Log in to the IoT Portal (click the following link: https://www.thingsmobile.com/en/login and log in with your username and password);
Click on the SIM card number to access the "SIM card details";
Click on the “Manage Public Static IP” button;
Click "PROCEED" to confirm.

After making the request, wait for the confirmation email regarding the activation of the service.

The costs for the public static IP service are as follows:

PRIVATE CLIENTS

Activation: €30
Monthly fee: €2.50
VAT included

To activate the public static IP service, you need to provide the source public static IP address of the device or web server communicating remotely with the device where the Things Mobile SIM card is installed. The cost for each additional public source IP is €5 each.
