Why has the source IP not been approved?

The use of the public static IP service is only possible if the source IP is static and public, and it must be approved for the account by the Things Mobile team. This restriction is in place for security reasons.

IMPORTANT: If the connection is made via Wi-Fi or mobile network, the IP assigned during the connection is dynamic, meaning it changes with each connection. Therefore, this IP address cannot be used as the source IP since it is not fixed.
