Why is the public fixed IP not reachable?

The public static IP can only be accessed remotely from the approved source IP address that has been granted for your account.

We recommend you check the following:

  • Ensure you are accessing the recipient address assigned to your Things Mobile SIM card from the same source IP address that you requested approval for when activating the public static IP service.
  • Verify that the APN is correctly configured as JTFIXEDPUBLIC in the device settings where the SIM card is installed.
