Can the public fixed IP address be accessed from a different source IP address other than the one already approved for the account?

Yes, you can request to add an additional source IP address for your account. The addition of another public fixed source IP comes with a cost of €5 (VAT excluded) for business customers and €6 (VAT included) for private customers. This cost will be deducted from the shared account credit at the time of the request.

To request the approval of an additional source IP address, you can send an email to fixedip@thingsmobile.com with your account username and the MSISDN number of your Things Mobile SIM card where the public fixed IP service is active.
