What should I do if the recharge is not credited?

A recharge is generally credited within a few minutes of payment confirmation when paid with a credit card or PayPal.

If paid via bank transfer, it will be credited within 1 business day from the receipt of the transfer.

If you completed a recharge through the IoT Portal using a credit card and the credit has not been updated within 60 minutes of activation, there may have been a synchronization issue.

To receive your credit, please send an email to support@thingsmobile.com with the following details:

  • Your username (the email address you used to register);
  • The date of the recharge;
  • The transaction number.

Wait for the confirmation email.

The invoice will be issued as soon as the payment is registered and the recharge is credited.
