Why did my account credit drop from €12 to €10.80 even though I didn’t use the SIM card?

When you activated the SIM card, a default automation was applied that transfers 10 MB of data to the SIM using the account credit.

For example, in zone 1 (e.g. Italy), 10 MB equals €1.20 (VAT included) for private customers.

After that, the system automatically tops up 10 MB from the account credit each time the SIM goes below 9.5 MB.

You can view all transfers from account to SIM in the "Credit Management" section of the IoT Portal.

To adjust this behavior, go to the "Automations" section in the Portal and change the default settings.
