What should I do if I get the "User not found" message when accessing the IoT Portal?

If you haven't completed the registration process yet, please go to this link: https://www.thingsmobile.com/registration and fill out the form with all the required information. You will receive an email with your login credentials to access the IoT Portal.

If you have already registered, remember that your username is the email address you used to sign up, and you can recover your password here: https://www.thingsmobile.com/login.
