How to verify your identity document?
All our users must go through our identity document verification process. This ensures that Things Mobile is a safe service for everyone and complies with current regulations.
You can verify your identity document during the account registration process (or later, if you don’t complete the procedure), by following the GUIDED PROCEDURE (medium difficulty) or by choosing to UPLOAD THE DOCUMENTS (low difficulty).
If you choose to UPLOAD THE DOCUMENTS, the required documents are as follows:
- Front side of your identity document (with photo)
- Back side of your identity document (without photo)
- A selfie of you holding the identity document (front side with photo) next to your face
Some tips for taking your selfie:
- Make sure the room is well-lit
- Select the highest resolution available on the device you’re using
- Hold the document close to your face
- Ensure that both the document and your face are fully visible in the photo
- If the photo quality is insufficient, you will be asked to upload a better copy. Also, no part of the document can be covered or censored.
