What should you do to complete the identity document verification in case of issues?
If you encounter any issues during the Guided Procedure or Document Upload, you can send your documents to support@thingsmobile.com for assistance.
Please remember that the required documents are as follows:
- Front side (photo side) of your identity document
- Back side (non-photo side) of your identity document
- A selfie of you holding your identity document (photo side) close to your face
Some tips for taking the selfie:
- Ensure the room is well-lit
- Use the highest resolution available on the device you're using for the photo
- Keep the document close to your face
- Ensure that both the document and your face are fully visible in the photo
If the photo is not of sufficient quality, you will be asked to submit a better copy. Also, make sure no part of the document is covered or censored.
