What should I do if a SIM card ordered from the online shop doesn’t arrive within the expected delivery time?
If you selected “Priority Mail” as the shipping method and more than 15 business days have passed since the estimated delivery date, your order may have been lost by the postal service.
In this case, we can send a replacement SIM card free of charge via Priority Mail, or by express courier for a fee:
- €10 (VAT included) for deliveries in Italy
- €20 (VAT included) for deliveries in Europe
- €22 (VAT included) for deliveries outside Europe
To request a replacement SIM card, please contact our Customer Service at logistics@thingsmobile.com and provide the following information:
Order number (transaction ID) and order date
Username (email address used to register)
Full delivery address:
- First and last name
- Street and house number
- Postal code
- City
- Province
- Country
- Contact number
- Preferred shipping method
If you choose express courier shipping, you can pay via PayPal to business@thingsmobile.com or by following the steps below:
- Go to the following link: PayNow
- Enter the amount
- Click “Continue”
- Select “Pay with Card”
- Enter your credit card details and complete the payment
After the payment, please send a confirmation email along with all the required information listed above.
