I ordered SIM cards, but the status is "Awaiting activation." What does this mean?

Thank you for your patience! If your SIM cards are showing as "Awaiting activation," it means that your order from our online shop has been placed, but it may not have arrived yet. Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected:

  • Express courier shipping:
    • Italy: 2-3 working days
    • Europe and outside Europe: 3-5 working days

      You will receive an email with the tracking number to follow the progress of your shipment once it is handed over to the courier.

      Standard postal shipping:

    • Italy and Europe: 5-15 working days
    • Outside Europe: 10-20 working days

      Please note that with standard postal service, delivery may take 10-20 additional working days due to delays in routing between postal offices.

If the urgency is high and you have not yet received the SIM card, we encourage you to contact our customer service for further details on your shipment and to explore possible options by emailing support@thingsmobile.com.
