What are the delivery times for a SIM card purchased with standard mail or express courier?

The delivery times for a SIM card purchased with standard mail are as follows:

  • Destinations in Italy and Europe: 5 to 15 business days

  • Destinations outside Europe: 10 to 20 business days

    Please note that standard mail does not include a tracking number. Since it’s a traditional service, delivery may be delayed due to routing between postal offices, potentially adding an extra 10 to 20 business days to the expected delivery time.

    To calculate the delivery times, start counting the days from the moment you receive the shipping confirmation email.

For orders shipped with express courier, the delivery times are:

  • Destinations in Italy: 2 to 3 business days

  • Destinations in Europe and outside Europe: 3 to 5 business days

    When the shipment is handed over to the courier, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can follow the progress of the shipment through the courier's tracking system.
