How can I deactivate a data package?
If you want to remove a SIM card from a shared data package, you can do so directly from the IoT portal:
- Log in to the IoT portal.
- Go to the SHARED DATA PACKAGE section.
- Select the SIM card you want to remove from the list of associated SIMs.
- Click REMOVE.
