How can I deactivate a data package?

If you want to remove a SIM card from a shared data package, you can do so directly from the IoT portal:

  1. Log in to the IoT portal.
  2. Go to the SHARED DATA PACKAGE section.
  3. Select the SIM card you want to remove from the list of associated SIMs.
  4. Click REMOVE.

If you want to deactivate an individual data package, please contact our Customer Support by emailing support@thingsmobile.com or by filling out the form available in the SUPPORT section of the IoT portal.
