I lost my SIM card, can I get a replacement?

If you've lost your SIM card, you can deactivate it by logging into the IoT portal and selecting the option from the SIM card details.

If the SIM card was lost along with your order, you can request a replacement by contacting our customer support at support@thingsmobile.com, providing the transaction code for your order.

If you've lost your SIM card after it’s been activated and used, we’re unable to replace it. However, you can purchase a new Things Mobile SIM card from our shop, activate it on your account, and continue using your available shared credit.
