I lost the ICCID of my SIM card, what should I do?

The ICCID can be found printed on the back of the plastic holder that comes with the SIM card when you make your purchase.

Alternatively, you can request it by contacting customer support via email at support@thingsmobile.com. Please provide the SIM card number and your username (the email address you used to register).
