My account balance isn’t updating after activating the SIM card. What should I do?
Typically, the account balance updates within a few minutes after activating the SIM card.
If you purchased the SIM card on thingsmobile.com or through other direct Things Mobile channels, and the balance hasn't updated within 60 minutes of activation, there may have been an issue with the credit alignment.
If you placed your order on Amazon, it's possible that you received a SIM card without credit due to a shipping error from Amazon's logistics.
To receive your credit, please email support@thingsmobile.com with the following details:
- Your order number
- Order date
- SIM card number
Once we receive your request, we will send you a confirmation email.
