Why does the SIM card disconnect after activation?
This usually happens if you linked the SIM card to an automation with manual recharge during activation.
With manual recharge, the credit must be manually transferred from the account to the SIM card. To avoid this, you can switch to an automation with automatic recharge.

We recommend linking the SIM card to the default automation, which already includes automatic MB recharge.
To reactivate the SIM card:
- Log in to the IoT Portal: https://www.thingsmobile.com/login
- Go to "SIM list" and select the SIM card by checking the box.
- Click Reactivate from the top menu.
- Confirm by clicking PROCEED.
To manually recharge MB to the SIM card:
- Log in to the IoT Portal: https://www.thingsmobile.com/login
- Go to "SIM list" and select the SIM card by checking the box.
- Click Recharge (MB) from the top menu.
- Enter the amount of MB you want to add.
- Click PROCEED to confirm.
