I didn’t receive a tracking number for my order. How can I check the shipping status?
If you haven’t received a tracking number for an order shipped via express courier, please contact our customer support at support@thingsmobile.com. Be sure to include your transaction ID and as many details as possible (such as the order date and shipping address), so we can check the status with our logistics team.
If your order was shipped using standard postal service, no tracking number will be available. Delivery times in this case range from 5 to 15–20 business days. However, delays may occur due to postal service issues beyond our control.
