Why am I receiving the "SIM not available" error during activation?
his error may occur for the following reasons:
Incorrect SIM card number or identifier
Double-check that you’ve entered the correct SIM card number or identifier (starting with “89”).
SIM card already linked to another user
Make sure you’re logged into the IoT portal using the credentials sent to the email address used during your purchase on our website.
If you purchased the SIM card via Amazon, please contact our support team at support@thingsmobile.com and include the following:
- Your Amazon order number
- A photo of the SIM card showing the number clearly
We’ll verify the SIM card and help resolve the issue.
