What is the delivery time for the SIM card and what should I do in case of delays?

If you ordered the SIM card using "Priority Mail" as the shipping method, the delivery should occur within the indicated timeframe. However, if more than 15 business days have passed since the expected delivery date and you still haven't received the SIM card, there might have been an issue with the postal service.

In this case, you can contact us to request a replacement SIM card. You can choose between two shipping options:

  • Priority Mail (free of charge)
  • Express Courier (additional cost)

To receive the replacement SIM card, please contact Customer Service at support@thingsmobile.com and provide the following information:

  • Order number (transaction code) and order date
  • Username (email used to register)
  • Full delivery address (including first and last name, street address, postal code, city, province, country, and contact number)
  • Preferred shipping method

    For the express courier option, we will provide instructions on how to complete the payment.
