Why am I getting an error when adding an individual data package?
You may have received one of the following messages:
- The individual data package could not be renewed manually due to insufficient credit: please make an additional recharge and try to add the individual data package to the SIM card again.
- An error occurred while activating the individual data package on the selected SIM cards: please contact Customer Support by emailing support@thingsmobile.com, including your username (the email used to register) and the SIM card on which you tried to activate the package.
