Can I port my number to Things Mobile or request a replacement SIM card?

Number portability to or from Things Mobile is not available. However, if you haven’t received your SIM card after placing an order, you can request a replacement by contacting our Customer Service at support@thingsmobile.com.

Please include the following details:

  • The shipping address for the replacement SIM card
  • The order reference number, so we can verify your request

The replacement SIM card can be shipped:

  • Free of charge via regular mail
  • By express courier (shipping fees: €10 for Italy, €20 for Europe, €22 for non-European countries)
