How can I return a SIM card purchased online?

If you've changed your mind, you can return Things Mobile SIM cards within 14 calendar days from the delivery date. This is in addition to your consumer rights regarding the return of faulty products.

To cancel your order or return the SIM cards only, you can either log in to your Reserved Area or send an email to support@thingsmobile.com.
