I had €12 of credit with my SIM. Why do I need to recharge?

If you purchased your SIM card with an initial recharge but the credit is not available when activating the SIM, please contact customer support at support@thingsmobile.com and include your SIM card number and order reference. We will check your order details.

If the credit is available after activation, you can add more credit at any time from the RECHARGE section of the IoT portal using a credit card or bank transfer.
