Can I convert the available MB on my SIM card into credit?

Yes, you can remove excess MB from your Things Mobile SIM card. Make sure the SIM card is active, click the "RECHARGE MB" button and enter the amount of MB you want to remove, preceded by the minus sign (-).

The system will perform a negative recharge and adjust the SIM card's credit based on the rate for the country or zone where the SIM is being used. If the SIM card is linked to a data package, the removed MB will be added back to the available data in the package.

  • Username (email used for registration)
  • SIM card number
  • Amount of MB to remove
