Why is $1 being deducted from my account when I use pay-per-use?

$1 corresponds to a 10MB data top-up triggered automatically. By default Automation, each SIM card is automatically topped up with 10MB of data when it's activated. After that, a new 10MB top-up is triggered every time the available data on the SIM card reaches 9.5MB.
